Kate and Jerry’s A-Frame on Fletcher is a literal dream come true. I want to live here forever. Kate (one of the most incredible artists ever!) and Jerry (an absolutely phenomenal carpenter!) are the sweetest, warmest souls with the CUTEST cats.
